Shipment and Return Policy
On account of evolving Covid-19 situation, SHIPPING of Puja Prasadam to International Destinations have been temporarily Suspended from 21-12-2020. This however DOES NOT impact Puja booking from International locations, which are available as usual.
The Prasad will be sent upon completion of Puja/Anushthan, through our Courier Partners with tracking features (Only Non Perishable items are sent as Prasad for health and safety reasons). This includes Dry Prasad, Sindur Tilak/Kumkum, Bhasm/Vibhuthi, Kalai Dhaga.
Video – Puja video (available only in specific cases where videography is allowed) will be uploaded on Deoghar.in’s exclusive You Tube channel and the corresponding link will be emailed. The video will be available on youtube.com for a period of 14 days.
Most countries do levy import duties and taxes as per the country’s rules and policies. In case of any additional charges that are levied for custom clearance, buyer will be responsible of paying such charges. Deoghar.in holds no control over these charges and we cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country. It is advised to buyer, to contact your local customs office for any further information.
Additionally, when you place order with Deoghar.in, you are considered the importer of goods and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are received.
Returns will effect only in case of damaged or faulty products that are delivered to a buyer from our side. In case of claiming a refund against a damaged product, a buyer has to return the shipment within 7 days of receipt of the shipment. If we find return is due to error from Deoghar.in, we’ll arrange for a refund along with the shipping cost. No Refund shall be admissible if a product is found to be damaged in transit, or has been tampered with in any form. Though we don’t assure, we will assist and co-operate with the buyer towards getting claim reimbursed from the shipping company (in the event of damage in transit).
In case buyer wants to cancel the order, he can do so before the product is shipped.
No cancellation shall be admissible upon shipment (of a physical product) or 48 hours prior to a Puja/Anushthan.
If buyer demands replacement in case of damaged/defective goods that was delivered from our end, we will replace the goods with no additional cost.
